I stumbled upon this blog the other day. This sweet little girl, Avery, has SMA type 1. SMA is another form of neuro-muscular disease. Only hers is FAR more severe than Little M's.
Her parents are an inspiration. She is a little fighter.
You'll probably need tissues. I did.
